Of the four types of bullying, which do you think happens the most at KIS?  Why do you think this happens the most frequently?  Do you think there are ways to keep this bullying from happening?

  1. For CyberBullying, we could block some social network websites for a certain amount of time.

  2. Cyberbullying, cuz you can get insulting or threatening messages anytime, anywhere. To prevent this from happening, report, block, or get help from a teacher/adult to get rid of the annoying person(s)

  3. Cyber because this school gives MacBooks that are good to go on sites such as Facebook or Skype so I think this occurs the most. I think Cyber bullying is not a way the school can fix but if the person decides to make better friends and report the people who are bullying in cyber.

  4. I think that cyber bullying is the most frequent form of bullying at KIS. I think this because every student at the Middle School has a MacBook. I think that most kids have a social networking account. I think that instead of expressing their feelings for a person at school, they do it online. We can take a screen shot of the bullying post, and then the authority that has seen the post will take action and make sure that whoever was involved will not do it again.

  6. I think the most common types of bullying is cyber bullying. In KIS we use our MacBooks frequently and most of us use Facebook or any other social network system. Cyber bullying is different than the other types of bullying because cyber bullying can be done at home, when the teachers and your parents aren't looking.

Verbal, Physical, and Social bullying only occurs when the victim and the bully meet each other, which is mostly at school. However, the teachers and staff can take care of these problems easily. Cyber bullying is dangerous; if the bully posts the insult to the public, the impact would be two times bad.

In order to prevent these, you can set up parental controls, which can block sites to other social network system.

I think Verbal Bullying happens the most at KIS. There are many students and there is at least one student who is called by bad nicknames, or getting insulted. I think this happens because not everyone in the school fits with some group of friends. We could prevent this from happening by doing a similar method for the cafeteria seating like Mix-Up day!

  8. I think cyber bullying happens the most at KIS. This is because all of the students in KIS have their own macbook to freely use at their home and Social Networkings are popular topics that many students like to do. I think one way to prevent students from cyber bullying is parent's constant attention toward their children.

  9. I think CyberBullying happens a lot. The reason is because in school, there is CCTV and teachers watching you. So I think that in school, bullying won't happen. However, in social network it is dangerous because no one is watching. They can post bad comments or insulting comments to you and nobody can help you in the social network. I think CyberBullying happens a lot in KIS.

  10. I think Verbal bullying is happening the most in KIS. I think it is happening because some people are racist or makes rumors about people.I think there should be student spies to watch what people are doing.

Of the four types of bullying, I think cyber bullying is commonly happening in KIS. Cyber bullying occurs most frequently in Facebook, ichat, Skype, etc. Anyone can access to any kind of programs, and can be lead in big trouble. Cyber bullying doesn't spread easily, its a way you bully others by programs, and can be kept in a secret. To keep from these bullying happening, we can screen shot screens that are talked relating to bullying and can inform these situations to teachers. We also can send pictures by through emails.

  12. Of the four type of bullying, I think verbal bullying and cyber bullying occurs the most at KIS. I think verbal bully happens the most frequently because rumors are spread out very quick. Calling names and teasing, we can also find these situations a lot outside of KIS. Cyber bully is also the most frequent one that happens because most people AND students have facebook, emails, and much more that we can contact with. Nobody unless ourselves can know because emails have passwords which is like a secret. To rid of these bullying or to reduce these bullying, I think the best way is to tell the teachers secretly what's happening. But sometimes when teachers once again have announcements or have talks about bully, I think that the bullies would know that this victim told the teacher.
